Dr. Damien Taylor is a global leadership specialist with over 30 years’ experience across high-stakes sectors including corporate, government, elite sport, military, and emergency services. A former world champion athlete and nationally awarded coach, he brings a rare blend of high-performance insight and academic rigour to leadership development.

Dr. Taylor works with senior leaders and teams to build ethical, purpose-driven leadership grounded in self-awareness, values, and consistent situational influence. His unique front-end leadership model challenges leaders to first understand their own values, beliefs, and purpose as the foundation for decision-making and behavioural consistency under pressure. His research—based on interviews with over 160 senior leaders globally—explores how early life experiences shape leadership responses in complex, high-stakes environments.
